computer won't turn on?

Simona Bulwinkle: check the CMOS battery on the motherboard. If the computer tries to star but won't boot, that could be the issue. If pressing the switch does nothing, then... never mind.

Derick Kinnard: The main reason or why computers (or anything electrical, for that matter) don't turn on when you want them to, is because there is no power source. Make sure the computer is plugged in, if it uses a power cord, or that the battery is charged, if it's a laptop. If it meets those simple requirements and doesn't turn on, you may have a bad PSU.
