Bryant Pillitteri: An auto mechanic deals with cars. A car dealer deals with cars. The person on the intercom at the McDonald's drive-thru who tells you to pull up to the next window deals with cars. Everyone who has to walk two blocks and cross a street deals with traffic. Mechanics, car dealers, fast food drive-thru workers, and pedestrians do not have to wear safety vests.
