Pam Rampadarat: Not sure what you're talking about when you say after market companies can't make accessories for Dell. Dell is a computer company. For the most part, you can upgrade Dell parts with non-Dell parts. One exception may be the power supply on some desktops, but you can put generic/ after market parts in their computers. I think Dell makes great computers and I've had a Dell for about 6 years and it still works fine. I read that their tech support is outsourced and isn't great, but most computer companies are the same way....Show more
