Rosie Travino: Maybe you are getting the stains before you wash them for oily products or food. If not you need to contact the manufacturer if it still under warranty and get a new washer set.
Rocio Karvis: I wash in cold also,and have three boys.I just use Tide or Gain With a scoop of Borax Laundry Soap Booster and if i know the laundry is really dirty i also put in a scoop of Oxi Clean,I have got greese out of carpet with a mix of Oxy and Borax. mixed in water..(Borax 20 minute mule team)
