Riley Migl: hobbies are a personal thing---you have to decide what works for you---playing guitar or modeling with clay for example
Dana Russian: I like silk floral arranging; you can get flowers cheap at Dollar Stores, garage sales, and Wal-Mart.
Antonia Mogg: *sewing*needlepoint
Moira Woodrow: Crocheting?, Stamp collecting.
Robbie Starchman: Origami and reading.
Toby Caswell: 1. Historical re-enactment. Although this can be costly, usually you can borrow kit from groups before you get your own but you might find you have to travel to events, unless there is a group near you. Its great if you like history, renaissance fayres, meeting people, etc. and if, like me, you never grew up and like dressing up...2. Collage - cheap, all you need is glue and paper, magazines and old photos, greetings cards. Cut small, organise your paper into colours and bag the bits. Glue - anything water based. You don't even need to cut the paper with scissors,! you can tear it. Make rainbows or other patterns if you aren't very good at making faces or animals or stuff like that. You can make them into greetings cards. Varnish them to make them semi-transparent so the light will shine through and hang them in a window to let light through...have fun. Maurice Breuning: Bella,There are hundreds of hobbies you can get into. Your own personality will determine what is best for you. Hobbies vary from different sewing projects to model building to home repairs to gardening to stamp or coin collecting and on and on and on.I have a friend who took up sewing. She realized couldn't use all the things she wanted to make so she started giving them away. She would make matching place mats and napkins in holiday themes to give during the year. Anytime someone in the neighborhood had a baby she would make a quilt. This gave her something to do and also was nice for her friends. To! find a good hobby visit a local hobby store and see what inte! rests you. As you are looking around something will hold your interest. Try a small project and see if you like it. Don't pick anything expensive until you know you like it.You might try these websites to get an idea:http://www.sunshinecrafts.com/http://www.internethobbies.com/http://www.sewing.org/tt...Show more
